Mancini, who owns Mama Mancinis in East Rutherford, was featuring a choice of his beef or pork sausage cocktail meatballs and sauce, packed in four, 1.5-pound pouches.
"I posted just a couple photos of fun recipes but my mini meatballs (actually not that mini) are great for every day," he said on Facebook. "Remember, I only use a couple real ingredients; no preservatives."
Mancini explained the meatballs can remain frozen for up to one year. They are available for purchase online.
